CMC Product Portfolio Manager

About Us: Join our dynamic Product Strategy & Industrial Implementation department, located in our hub in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium. We are seeking a talented and experienced CMC Product Portfolio Manager to strengthen our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

Your Role: As a CMC Product Portfolio Manager, you will thrive in an environment where you can leverage your robust project/program/portfolio management and communication skills to set up and coordinate product and project portfolios aligned with strategic plans. You will work closely with technical departments, other PMOs, and internal partners including Finance, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program & Project Management: Set up and follow the launch program and LCM planning, providing support to SMEs to create master plans for assigned projects. These plans will include timelines, required resources, and responsibilities of each project team member. You will record, update, and track this information in dedicated software applications.
• Milestone Tracking: Collaborate with SMEs to ensure project milestones are met within budget and resource constraints. Generate monthly reports and dashboards on schedule adherence and associated impacts of deviations.
• Portfolio Consolidation: Consolidate all relevant CMC projects into a portfolio per product, ensuring appropriate links between projects, milestones, and resources.
• Resource Management: Proactively identify resource constraints, escalate them appropriately, and facilitate the prioritization-making process.
• Budgeting and Risk Management: Contribute to budgeting efforts and identify and mitigate risks.
• Communication and Tools Management: Set up, organize, assign access, and maintain communication platforms/tools and information flows.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project, program, and/or portfolio management and in associated tools.
• Enterprise Planning: Experience in enterprise planning/resource capability and systems. Knowledge of the Planisware PPM tool is a strong asset.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. A good basis in French is a plus.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work in cross-functional teams, including remote collaboration.
• Organizational Skills: Structured with excellent organization skills.
• Change Management: Robust knowledge of change management. Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, or equivalent is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, structured, excellent organization skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams (including remotely).
