Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Special Processing Technologist . We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Herrin IL 62948

Assignment Start Date: 7/8/2024

13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours each week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs diagnostic radiographic exams.
• Utilizes PACS and EMR systems
• Performs interventional procedures per protocol and established procedures.
• Maintains appropriate IV and Contrast Competency
• Follows established protocols and procedures for proper patient position exposure control and radiation protection.
• Performs office duties as needed.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all involved in the patient care process.
• Cleans and inspects departmental equipment
• Cleans and stocks Imaging rooms.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• A minimum of three(3) years of diagnostic imaging experience with an interventional radiology special procedures background is preferred.
• Lots of experience doing sterile procedures including GI bleeds port insertions fistula grams nephrostomy tube insertion/exchange/removal tunnel dialysis catheter insertion/exchange/removal etc. is preferred

Education:

• Associate degree required.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• ARRT Certification in Radiology is required
• IEMA is required
• BLS/BCLS required.

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred

Shift: Days; call requirements 2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend a month
