Assignment Start Date: 4/15/2024

13 weeks Varied 810hour shift 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• SNF Experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have a current and unencumbered License to practice as a PTA in the State of OR

Shift: MonFri

Vaccinations: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
