OR - Speech Therapist - Dual Sites - Days

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Speech Therapist(SLP) . We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Assignment Start Date: 4/10/2024

13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed weekly

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in selfcare physical mobility or functional independence. Enjoy a dynamic and supportive therapy environment professional camaraderie and 45minute treatment times. The speech therapy teams evaluate and treat those experiencing difficulty with speech sounds language voice swallowing and cognition (memory attention and problemsolving). We provide care to adult patients with a wide variety of diagnoses in both acute and outpatient settings.

This position is for adult care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings and is a dualsite position). Therapists will spend approximately 40% of their time at one site and approximately 60% of their time at a second site.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must be able to provide evaluation and treatments for adults in the inpatient and outpatient settings (no peds).
• Must be able to perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies.
• Must be able to conduct modified barium swallow studies.
• Must have already completed their CCCs.
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current unencumbered Oregon SpeechLanguage Pathology license required.
• Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CYF) required.
• Healthcare Provider AHA BLS is required upon submission.

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
