Assignment Start Date: 4/11/2024

13 weeks Flexible 8or10hour shift 40 hours with 35 hours/week guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Previous SNF experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current and Valid License to practice as a physical Therapist in the State of IL

EMR System: Previous Knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: Flexible
