We are looking for an EPS Technical Project Engineer to deploy our product line at customers in West Flanders. This role is a combination of a hands-on field service engineer and client facing functions . It also will allow you to grow in responsibilities over the coming years.

• Location: you live in West Flanders (Kortrijk, Ghent, Bruges, Ostende, etc) and you can easily travel to customers’ sites in Kortrijk and Ghent
• Hybrid/remote: you will travel to customers sites 3 days/week and work from home approximately 2 days per week. Also you will travel to Essensium office in Leuven for team meetings occasionally
• Languages: Dutch and English are a must, French is very appreciated

Education: degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering

Key responsibilities

• Manage the installation & bring-up of EPS installations at customer sites, guide our clients’ engineers during the installations
• Provide 1st line support to customers
• While most configuration and monitoring can happen via a remote link, the role does require regular travel to the customer sites across West Flanders.
• Provide technical commercial support -> You can take charge of demos at customers and tradeshows. Moreover, you assist the sales team with presentations, documentation and customer requests.
• Interact with customers, external partners and internal teams.
• Build up an expert knowledge of our products
• Collect customer feedback to improve our products.

Working environment

You’ll be working independently across West Flanders, in collaboration with the technical team at the headquarters in Leuven, Belgium. Occasional travel to Leuven, Belgium is expected, for onboarding, trainings and for team meetings.
