Nurse Manager - Inpatient

We are currently Nurse Manager Inpatient for a reputed client in IRAQ.

As the Nurse Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of highquality patient care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures monitoring patient outcomes and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the inpatient department including patient care staffing and budget management
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of highquality patient care
• Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff including training mentoring and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment for patients and staff
• Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes to improve the overall operations of the organization
• Act as a liaison between the inpatient department and other departments within the organization
• Stay uptodate with current healthcare trends and best practices to continuously improve patient care and department operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing or/and Masters degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role preferably in an outpatient settings
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records
