The Deliver EMEA hub - organization is looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team! In this dynamic role, the team member will drive the PMO process for the hubs, has oversight of operational improvement initiatives & projects, provides insights into the budget cycle, owns the financial cross charging model and is the lead for training & the JJOS process in Beerse and La Louviere.

Additionally, this person will provide strategic support to the hub organization and will lead the goals and objectives process from creation to follow up. This role will be part of the Hubs leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, monitor and manage the portfolio across the hubs. A robust PMO process is critical for enabling key decisions, on where to focus both time & resources to ensure we continue to deliver value to J&JIM and the business we support.
  • Facilitate the G&O process for hub sites in alignment with the EMEA Deliver and partner goals and objectives setting. Install a structured progress monitoring process for these G&O’s and adherence throughout the year.
  • Support the budget process over the different areas and cost centers by compiling the data, structure in an overview and follow up on cost and CIPs monthly.
  • Besides the budget follow up, be the owner of the cross-charge model and link with finance team.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leading the JJOS program for hubs in Beerse and La Louviere. Coaching the JJOS – project leads is one of the core tasks.
  • Facilitate the hub performance review meeting to ensure a clear follow up of all critical metrics and the actions defined.
  • Responsible for the GMP admin and training process for the hubs.
  • Maintain general hub info on the SharePoint to help visits, inspections and communication to partners and drive the Quarterly info sessions.
  • Automate critical metric - reporting for the hub review meeting.
  • Lead optimization initiatives using PM methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, FPX, etc., to drive reliability and or cost efficiencies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making in the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal & external business partners, including Source, Planning, Operations to deliver results across critical metrics owned by clinical distribution such as cost improvement programs, and freight spend performance.
Qualifications

Education:

A master’s degree or equivalent experience is required. A background in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is helpful.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Critical thinking and being able to translate strategy in established processes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate internally and externally to develop strong G&O and financial processes.
  • Experience in data analytics, visualization (e.g. Power BI) & reporting.
  • Financial & business insight with experience in analyzing large structured/unstructured datasets.
  • Experience working with MS Office and strong in visualization and communication.
  • Experienced ‘story teller’; able to translate ambiguous project updates into clear communication supported by compelling visualization and presentations.

Preferred:

  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and project planning skills; should be able to multi-task, strong problem-solving skills, prioritize, and be confident working to time-bound targets.
  • A strong understanding of process improvement methodologies – LEAN / Six Sigma, etc. A grasp of transportation/distribution operations may be beneficial.
  • Proven track record to start and lead projects and grow within a role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
