Job Description
Organon is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Specialist.
You will be joining the CNE Cluster (Central North Europe) and mainly supporting the flawless execution of the distribution activities in the UK and Ireland and any other cluster project/initiatives that will be assigned to you.
This role reports into Supply Chain Operations Manager for the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities
Primary activities include, but are not limited to:
Daily monitoring of interfaces between SAP & 3PL
Daily oversight of 3PL activities: management and troubleshooting of the daily operations
Inventory maintenance system-wise, local 3PL and global KPIs management, and reporting management.
Resolution of complaints, temperature excursions, damaged goods, and late deliveries for inbound and outbound shipments, and management of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) when needed.
Maintenance of specific local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by undertaking periodic reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and supporting the evolution/updates of the SOPs.
Build strong and appropriate professional partnerships with local and regional departments like Quality, Order to Cash, and Finance and peers in the CNE cluster.
Overseeing and annual audit of the 3PL cycle count procedure.
Provide support in case of any Audit and/or Inspection.
Ensure Compliance of the activities, including SOX controls or any other internal requirement.
Support of periodic Transport Lane Risk Assessments including documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
Continuous process optimization with internal and external stakeholders.
Implementation of projects in cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders (Like process automation, simplification, process mapping)
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Engineer, Business or Supply Chain Bachelors degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge of Supply Chain environment.
Ability to have productive relationships with different stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills.
Autonomous, pro-active, fast learner
Knowledge of IT tools, such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
Fluent in English
Preferred Skills
Power BI / Power Automate advanced utilization is an advantage.
Six Sigma awareness is an advantage.
Masters degree
