TN - RN PCU - Nights

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has a Registered Nurse PCU opening. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Johnson City TN 37604

Assignment Start Date: 6/16/2024

13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours per weekly guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience: Must have 3 years of progressively responsible clinical experience;

Licenses Certifications and Registration:

• Current valid TN State RN licensure
• BLS/BCLS is required
• ACLS is required
• NIHSS certification is required

EMR System: EPIC experience desired

Shift: Nights 7 pm 7 am; 36/48 schedule

Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. I can start the travel any Sunday and you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.

Shift detail: The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in the census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.

Other Requirement: Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty.

Radius Rule: The travelers permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospitals service area. The radius Rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler.
