We are looking for an Admin Assitant Learning & Development (L&D) Crew to handle administrative tasks related to crew training.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Process and verify crew members' certificates in the Personnel Information System.
• Maintain and update training overviews and the Personnel Information System as needed.
• Assist L&D Crew Specialists with planning and booking training programs according to matrices.
• Organise and request travel arrangements; including flights, hotels, and other logistics for training attendees.
• Provide additional administrative support to the L&D Crew team when necessary.

Requirements Admin Assistant Learning & Development

• MBO, TSO level education or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in administration, preferably in an international company.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
• General knowledge of MS Office.
