Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Digital Experience & Content Marketing Trainee to join its Digital Experience Center of Excellence team in Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to be part and learn from a multinational team made of digital experts that aims at transforming the way Radisson engages with guests digitally to make their travel experience special, Every Moment Matters .
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Content Marketing, the Content Experience Trainee will be part of a team responsible for delivering a top-notch online experience on the ecommerce RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels Mobile App. This role will support the Content Experience and Content Marketing team in improving the quality of the content on the website and app and support the team in delivering projects to showcase our hotel portfolio in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. This person will additionally support in the execution of the content marketing timeline and work with the digital team to ensure the website and app are looking great for our customers.
The Content Experience Trainee will work closely with a diverse group of teams (e.g., Content team, UX, Digital Product Development, Localization Services, Personalization, Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Branding) to promote hotel uniqueness and create brand value and drive business to Radisson Hotel Group’s digital products.
