Recepetionist/Social media Law Firm

We are a business law firm specializing in tax law, corporate law, social law, and financial criminal law. We are looking to strengthen our administrative team by hiring a dedicated receptionist.

• Welcoming visitors and guiding them to meeting rooms
• Managing meeting room schedules and preparing the rooms accordingly
• Handling and tracking orders for office supplies, canteen items, and furniture
• Coordinating technical support for facilities, photocopiers, etc.
• Managing mobile phone subscriptions and parking permits
• Organizing and ordering lunches
• Booking flights, train tickets, and hotel rooms
• Posting articles on social media
• Friendly, customer-oriented with a strong sense of service and hospitality
• Discreet and professional
• Bilingual in French and Dutch with good oral English skills
• Excellent command of French spelling
• Organized, structured, and precise
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Proficiency in social media is a plus
