We are seeking a talented Writer/Editor to join our dynamic content team. As a key contributor, you will craft compelling content on complex topics for various digital channels. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled wordsmith but also possesses a deep understanding of EU decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

As a Writer/Editor , you will:

Create top-notch content in English for diverse platforms, including audio-visual scripts, print publications, websites, and social media.

Conduct thorough research, analyse information, and perform interviews to ensure accuracy and depth in content.

Meet with clients to understand their communication needs and translate them into effective messaging.

Brief and supervise freelance writers to maintain consistency and quality.

Ensure all content aligns with campaign objectives and maintains high standards.

Be part of a super-friendly and smart team dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

Is a fluent English speaker , with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a writer or journalist.

Has a knack for storytelling , creating content that grabs attention and resonates with diverse audiences.

Excels at simplifying complex issues , making them easy to understand.

Balances attention to detail with a strategic view of content and campaign objectives.

Possesses knowledge of SEO writing and mobile journalism (‘mojo’) , with familiarity in social media copywriting.

Embraces AI tools and stays up-to-date with inbound marketing trends .

Previous experience in a communication agency or within the EU institutions is a plus.
