Function

As Events & Branding Marketeer you will be responsible for the organisation of Galactic's internal and external events such as trade shows, food innovation days, partner days and many more to ensure smooth event execution and excellent representation of the Galactic brand image. You will also be responsible for the correct implementation of the Galactic brand and design guidelines across the business and the delivery of Galactic brand material globally.

Your duties will include:

• Coordinate and oversee events, seminars, trade shows and partner activities to generate contacts and increase brand visibility.
• Lead the organisation of trade shows, from kick-off meeting to completion, sometimes including personal attendance.
• Organise the logistical aspects of a series of Galactic events for customers, partners (distributors) or internal employees.
• Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that field activities are aligned with wider business objectives.
• Ensure effective communication with suppliers and partners for the organisation of events, maintaining a global database with contact details;Propose new concepts for Galactic's events and activities to increase the company's visibility.
• Participate in initiatives focused on the implementation of the Galactic strategy (targeted actions, dedicated events, brand activation).
• Supporting the creation of Galactic group corporate items: goodies and gifts, end-of-year gifts, brochures, leaflets, various types of presentations, videos, animations, visuals for Galactic premises, etc.
• Co-manage the marketing company's inbox.
• Manage requests from end-users or distributors for information on the Galactic company: logo, photos, brochures, etc.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and global team meetings.

You have a degree in marketing, business, event management or equivalent with 2 to 3 years' professional experience in the field or equivalent level of experience.

• You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships.
• You will be fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication methods such as Teams.
• Knowledge of graphics editors (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator) would be considered a significant advantage.
• Constructive/creative approach to tasks.
• Willingness to work in an enthusiastic and dynamic team environment.
• An international mindset and an understanding of the cultural specificities of different regions. Ability to work error-free, efficiently and in a structured manner, with attention to detail; ability to consider and meet deadlines, align with forecasts and set priorities.
