As the HR BP / Generalist , you'll be the right hand of the HR manager and become a partner on the following tasks:
- Recruitment of different profiles (Business Support, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Compensation & Benefit / Well-being projects
- Evaluations and follow-up on well-being & performance of employees (training & development)
- Payroll administration with a social secretariat collaboration
- Adhoc projects
- HR Policy adjustments
- You have min. a Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent experiences in HR
- You have a proficient level in Dutch, French, and English
- You are proactive, dynamic, social and have a "can-do" attitude
- You like to work with & among persons and have a healthy level of empathy
- You have good communication skills
- You are motivated and solution-oriented
- You like to be challenged and are eager to learn and grow
- You are organized and manage well deadlines
- Eagerness to learn aspects about the Belgian Social Law
