Then we have the perfect role for you. For our Marketing Projects team working in an agile way, we are looking for an ambitious full-time Marketing Projects Associate for our office in Strombeek-Bever, Belgium.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Projects Associate will support the Lead Managers in setting the direction for the full portfolio of brand (Combustibles) as well as communication strategy implementation. The person in this role will work in an agile way and translate brand strategies into operational and execution strategies to achieve brand KPIs. In addition, he/she will work on strategic presentations, launch plans and coordinate internal activation, packaging development and deployment of consumer & trade communication material.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage product and packaging activities regarding market implementation of new introductions, product or price changes, line extensions
• Develop New Product Development briefs for internal stakeholders related to product and packaging development & implementation
• Manage and coordinate work with creative agencies. vendors and key internal stakeholders such as Consumer Insights, Commercial Planning, Sales, New Product Development and Supply Chain
• Closely collaborate with Strategic Insights in order to analyze the data, trends and situation on the market

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University Degree (preferably Business/Economics/Marketing)                                          
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales
• Experience in Strategic Insights would be an advantage                                      
• Fluent English both written and verbal, French and/or Dutch would be an advantage
• Computer skills: Windows & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
