Welcome to Citymesh Integrator! As a part of our (pre)sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise and crafting tailored solutions for our clients. You will work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure the successful positioning and deployment of Citymesh's connectivity solutions.

Here’s What You’ll Dive Into

• Solution Design and Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals that are aligned with customer needs and serve as the core of the connectivity solution (0G to 5G, WiFi/LAN) and sales proposal.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Consult and collaborate with the sales, operations and solutions team to understand customer requirements and business objectives, and to stay updated on the latest product features and capabilities.

• Technical Expertise and Support: Provide technical support and expertise throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Market & Industry: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market demands.

• Customer Engagement: Participate in the customer sales journey and act as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders when it comes to technical inquiries.

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• 3+ years of experience in a presales engineering role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

• Strong understanding of 4G/5G networks and/or WiFi/LAN technologies, and telecommunication services.

• Proven ability to design and articulate complex technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Result driven and detail-oriented attitude with a strong focus on delivering qualitative results.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Dutch, English and/or French, both written and verbal.
