Product Manager

Overview

The Product Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success and profitability of our products. They are responsible for the overall product vision strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with the companys objectives and market demands. This role requires a collaborative mindset strategic thinking and a deep understanding of product development and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to meet business goals
• Utilize product analytics tools such as Figma JIRA and Amplitude to gather insights and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to create userfriendly and efficient product interfaces.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and marketing to deliver highquality products
• Create and maintain product roadmap owning the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Monitor and analyze product performance identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Lead and facilitate agile product development processes
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams stakeholders and external partners
• Drive gotomarket plans working closely with sales and marketing teams
• Manage product budget pricing and profitability
• Evaluate and integrate thirdparty products and tools as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management
• Resolve any issues or problems related to the product
• Participate in product demonstrations and presentations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and product development
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent project management and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable product plans
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in market analysis and competitive research
• Track record of successful crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in product management tools and software
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized detailoriented and resultsdriven
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Certifications in Product Management is a plus
