What does a recruiter do?

  • You will be responsible for the complete life cycle of our recruiting efforts. This includes being part of our recruiting events, candidate pipeline development, marketing and branding related activities, planning, supporting and interviewing the candidates in the process, coordinating our assessments and overall candidate communication and relationship building.
  • You will be part of the INNOCOM recruiting team as one of the key players to execute our recruiting strategy to attract the most talented professionals in one of the following fields:
  • Associate Track
  • Security Community
  • Architecture Community (enterprise/business/solution)

Who are we looking for

Someone who is:

  • Open & honest, highly energetic and intrinsically motivated.
  • A fast learner, able to absorb new skills and quickly adapt to new contexts
  • A selfstarter
  • Capable to build trusted relationships with senior management.
  • Extremely customer focused, able to adapt quickly to new environments, connect easily with people and context.
  • A conceptual, creative and critical thinker.
  • Passionate about change and eager to push it forward while managing expectations.
  • A natural communicator, able to explain complex topics in understandable language to different stakeholders (ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders)
  • Able to create impact
  • A team player

Do you have following hard skills?

  • Excellent oral and written English, Dutch and/or French communication skills.
  • At least 5 years’ experience within talent acquisition
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence-based interview, assessments) and you are acquainted with recruitment channels and tools
  • Ideally experienced in hiring information technology profiles and this within a professional services context.
