Who are we?

INNOCOM is a fully independent Belgian company that has guided organizations through large and complex, strategic change projects for more than 20 years. Our cross-industry know-how is continuously reinforced and sharpened by our INNOCOM Institute, which is one of the few private companies in Europe accredited to provide a full-fledged Master-after-Master program ("Master in Enterprise Architecture") and several masterclasses on applying these methods. Its ecosystem supports relationships with other universities and R&D partners to enable innovation inside and outside.

What does a recruiter do?

• You will be responsible for the complete life cycle of our recruiting efforts. This includes being part of our recruiting events, candidate pipeline development, marketing and branding related activities, planning, supporting and interviewing the candidates in the process, coordinating our assessments and overall candidate communication and relationship building.
• You will be part of the INNOCOM recruiting team as one of the key players to execute our recruiting strategy to attract the most talented professionals in one of the following fields:
• Associate Track
• Security Community
• Architecture Community (enterprise/business/solution)

Do you have following hard skills?

• Excellent oral and written English, Dutch and/or French communication skills.
• At least 5 years’ experience within talent acquisition
• You have an in-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence-based interview, assessments) and you are acquainted with recruitment channels and tools
• Ideally experienced in hiring information technology profiles and this within a professional services context.
