Brussels – Corporate Finance

Overview of the role

You will be working with the Belgian ING Mid-market M&A team in Brussels and will have the opportunity to get first-hand M&A experience. You will be expected to work on active corporate finance transactions and prospects as well as in the research and analysis of different companies and sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting tailored pitches for potential clients

• In-depth industry analysis as well as review of companies’ strategy and financials

• Modelling including Valuation Exercise

• Prepare info memorandum, list of potential buyers…

• Coordinate Data Room

• Be part of the M&A team in all phases of a transaction

Qualifications, experience and competencies required

• Strong academic performance, master degree and preferably relevant internship experiences

• Good command in Dutch, English and French

• Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
