Description

As a Responsible Fleet Insurance Manager with our client, you will be responsible for managing clients' insurance needs by providing support to the commercial team, focusing on mediation and process support. You will lead and coordinate the management of large fleets and support colleagues for day-to-day management, including small and medium-sized fleets. Your duties include.

• Provide support with sales and quotations,
• Building strong relationships with direct team members,
• Handling requests from customers, insurers and/or third parties,
• Handling renewals and interim adjustments,
• Acting ethically and fairly towards all customers (internal and external).
• Develop and maintain partnerships with department heads of insurance companies,
• Negotiate partnerships with insurers to find the best balance of quality, service and price,
• Negotiate the best terms for customers with relevant insurers.
• Handling policies, amendments and quotations,
• Performing technical tasks (including data entry, credit checks),
• Develop appropriate insurance programs based on customer needs,
• Manage files,
• Updating data in company systems/accessible group systems and developing new filing systems as needed.

Profile

• Prior experience in a senior technical/brokerage role in the auto insurance industry,
• Understanding of processes and procedures in the insurance market,
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate documentation,
• Ability to build strong customer focused relationships based on delivering high quality service,
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written and in both Dutch, French and English,
• Ability to respond positively to change - maintain resilience and composure under pressure,
• Willingness to contribute to the growth of an entrepreneurial broker in a competitive environment, which requires flexibility and a very positive attitude.
