The numbers speak for themselves: we grow 60% every year (yes, it's booming!) and we welcome more than 100 new clients every month. We're already firmly established in Belgium and France, and this is only the beginning: our ambition is to become the HR-Tech reference in Europe.

With a client base growing this fast, we need someone to take care of it, make it grow and surround it with the right partners. That's where you come in. We're looking for an Account & Partnerships Manager who can build trusting relationships just as well as spot opportunities.

Tasks

Your role day to day

As an Account & Partnerships Manager, you wear two complementary hats: growing the value of our existing clients and building the partner ecosystem around Shyfter. Concretely, you will:

  • Drive upsell: identify clients who would benefit from using more modules or features, and offer them the right deals at the right time.
  • Ensure retention: stay in touch with existing clients, check that everything is running smoothly, spot risk signals and follow up when an issue arises (for example through NPS tracking).
  • Manage partnerships: handle relationships with our current partners (cash register systems, HR tools, solutions that complement Shyfter), keep these collaborations alive and get the most value out of them for our clients.
  • Find new partners: prospect, evaluate and onboard new strategic partners that strengthen the Shyfter ecosystem.

Your impact is very concretely measurable: clients who stay, who use Shyfter more, and a partner network that makes us an essential platform.

A typical day

In the morning, you call two clients to check in on their satisfaction and spot a great upsell opportunity with one of them. You move on to reviewing the week's NPS feedback and follow up with accounts that gave a low score. In the afternoon, you have a call with a cash register software vendor to scope an integration, then you prepare the first contact with a potential new partner spotted the day before. No two days are alike, never a dull moment.

Requirements

The profile we're looking for

We're convinced that a great Account & Partnerships Manager can come from very different backgrounds. What matters to us is that you already have a strong people-first mindset, developed in at least one of these three worlds:

  • HR experience (payroll, personnel administration, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, people management). You already understand our clients' challenges.
  • Sales experience (sales, account management, business development). You know how to spot an opportunity, nurture it and close it.
  • Support experience (client relationships, customer service, customer success). You know how to listen, reassure and solve problems.

And in all cases, we'd love to find in you:

  • Ideally 2 years of experience in one of these worlds (SaaS is a plus, not a requirement).
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for building lasting, trust-based relationships, both with clients and partners.
  • An analytical mind to track the right metrics (satisfaction, NPS, adoption, revenue) and act accordingly.
  • Autonomy, team spirit and a healthy dose of adaptability, because things move fast here.
  • You are bilingual French/Dutch, and English is mandatory (we speak a lot of English internally).
