Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership from first touch to signed contract, and gets energy from building relationships that last.

πŸ”₯ What you'll be doing

  • Own the full cycle – From prospecting to closing, you manage the entire sales process with confidence and structure.

  • Hunt and develop – Identify, reach out to, and engage new prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone; while also nurturing existing client relationships.

  • Understand before you pitch – Dig deep into customer pain points and desired outcomes to position Bizzy as the solution they didn't know they needed.

  • Run compelling demos – Show prospects exactly how Bizzy helps them spot opportunities, create interest and close more deals.

  • Close with conviction – Seal deals with both SMEs and enterprise clients, and do it in a way that sets the stage for long-term partnership.

  • Team up with marketing – Collaborate on inbound campaigns and share field insights that sharpen our go-to-market approach.

  • Shape the playbook – As an early member of a growing sales team, your input directly influences how we sell. #LeadTheWay

  • Sales-obsessed – You have a genuine passion for selling and a track record of hitting or exceeding targets. The thrill of a closed deal never gets old.

  • 2+ years in SaaS sales – You've sold software before, ideally to both SMEs and enterprise clients, and you know how to navigate different buying processes.

  • Consultative by nature – You ask the right questions, listen actively, and tailor your approach to what the customer actually needs.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – You take ownership, work with a sense of urgency, and don't wait to be told what to do. #LeadTheWay

  • Resilient and adaptable – Objections don't discourage you β€” they sharpen you. You bounce back fast and adjust on the fly.

  • Strong communicator – In Dutch and English, written and spoken. You know how to read a room and adapt your style accordingly.

  • HubSpot experience – Familiarity with HubSpot is a strong plus. You like keeping your pipeline clean and your follow-ups tight.
