The Role

• Identify opportunities to grow sales with existing and new customers.

• Maintain, develop, and strengthen customer relationships within your region.

• Translate sales plans into concrete actions to achieve business objectives.

• Discuss quotations, orders, and project opportunities with customers.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements within established guidelines.

• Use CRM tools effectively to manage your pipeline and customer activities.

• Work closely with Internal Sales, Technical Advisors, and Project Teams.

• Act as a key link between distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Build a strong regional network and convert opportunities into successful projects.

Requirements:

• Technical and/or commercial education.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience.

• Languages: Fluent in Dutch, English would be a plus.

• Experience in solution selling.

• Analytical, solutions-oriented, and creative.

• Affinity with the construction and installation sectors.

• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Strong relationship builder with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
