Role


To strengthen our sales team in Anderlecht, we are looking for a Tele Sales Representative with a passion for the automotive sector and digital transformation.


As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:




  • Prospecting new customers for AutoScout24 via phone and email.




  • Managing existing customer relationships and helping them grow through personalized advice and support.




  • Optimizing the online presence of our clients and enhancing their sales performance.




  • Recording actions and results in our CRM system (Salesforce).




  • Collaborating with Account Managers, Customer Care, and the Sales Operations team to maximize customer satisfaction.




What you bring to the table:




  • Energy and sales drive: You’re results-oriented and take satisfaction in achieving your goals.




  • Commercial skills: You know how to convince clients and have the persistence to seize opportunities.




  • Affinity with cars and the automotive sector is a plus.




  • Experience in B2B or telesales is a plus, but we are open to motivated beginners with strong ambition.




  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or French (English is a plus).




  • Tech-savvy: You are familiar with digital tools; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
