As an Accountant, you will touch all the domains within accounting, overseeing the Procure to Pay process within the finance team for various group companies, both in Belgium and abroad. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Order-To-Cash (OTC) process and general ledger activities. Your responsibilities will involve:

Responsibilities:

• Handling monthly closing tasks, including payroll and accruals.
• Maintaining fixed assets records.
• Reconciling balance sheets.
• Assisting in preparing the monthly reporting package.
• Analyzing month-over-month P&L statements.
• Assisting with VAT and corporation tax returns.
• Contributing to management and statutory reporting.
• Streamlining processes in the ERP system for AP, AR, and GL.
• Supporting the finance team and CFO with ad hoc projects.
• Assisting the Procure to Pay team with invoices, expenses, and payments.
• Conducting additional analyses as needed.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in accountancy.
• Have some prior work experience, preferably in an international context.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to process improvement projects.
• Possess strong English language skills, given our international operations.
• Be proficient in using ERP systems and Excel.
• Be a collaborative team player aligned with the company's objectives.
• Have the ambition to grow professionally within the role and the company.
