Job Description - AI Adoption & Enablement Officer

The AI Adoption and Enablement Officer acts as facilitator towards an organization’s AI-ready culture, by holding responsibility for fostering AI literacy and by assisting in implementation of the human-centric aspects of the enterprise-wide AI transformation. This role is ensuring the workforce effectively adopts and optimizes AI technologies to drive organizational value. 

This role will serve as the central promoter across various departments in the company about their Business goals with AI, ensuring smooth communication, aligned ways of working, and a unified approach to mature AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Community Orchestration: Assists in the application of standardization of "ways of working" across the AI community. Act as the bridge to facilitate cross-team sessions, ensuring all community activities remain aligned with the overarching AI strategy and governance frameworks.

  • Co-creation: Collects, synthesises and organises input from diverse teams to propose transformation workshops. Ensure that AI evolution is "co-created" by the community, institutionalizing a culture of bottom-up innovation that supports long-term value realization targets.

  • Change Communication: Drafts communications, newsletters, and updates based on the AI roadmap to keep the workforce informed & engaged. Translate the mid-term AI roadmap into actionable business insights for the workforce, proactively addressing questions and ensuring transparency regarding change milestones and tool deployments.

  • Culture & Change Leadership: Champion an AI-ready culture, promote AI-ready behaviors and support change leadership activities by engaging with staff at a local level.

  • AI Literacy Governance & Execution: Deliver on the high-level framework for AI literacy programs, advising Business Units on local execution: ensure all business units are aligned with the change roadmap and have access to the strategic resources and training required to navigate the AI transition successfully.

  • Facilitating Communities of Practice: facilitate company-wide and cross-functional AI communities of practice. Ensure that adoption methodologies and success stories from individual teams or the wider AI community are made visible and repeatable, sharing "human-centered" best practices across the entire enterprise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role focused on large-scale technology adoption.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in coordinating group activities.

  • Proven track record in delivering corporate training programs, and delivering on strategic communication frameworks focused on the human side of transformation.
