Are you ready to discover the role of an Angular Frontend Support Engineer in Netcompany? 

As an Angular Frontend Support Engineer you will:

• Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents, requests, problems, and changes
• Troubleshoot issues, respond to user queries, and identify root causes
• Escalate tickets when necessary and ensure first-level resolution whenever possible
• Maintain service availability through end-to-end system monitoring and capacity control
• Ensure security standards are upheld and maintained
• Support continuous deployment processes (Acceptance & Production)
• Contribute to service and infrastructure enhancements
• Create user guides, SOPs, and knowledge base content
• Write automation scripts and explore new technologies to optimize support workflows
• Participate in projects that improve operational efficiency and user experience

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Solid experience in Agile environments using tools like Git, Maven, Eclipse, JIRA, Bamboo, Fisheye, Crucible, and Confluence
• Strong front-end development skills with TypeScript, Angular 6+, Web Components, Service Workers, HTML5, Node.js, and NPM
• Proficiency in XML/JSON manipulation and JavaScript ES6+
• Extensive back-end experience with JEE technologies including JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JMS, EJB, AOP, JPA2, Servlets, and JSR303
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and search engines such as Solr and/or Elasticsearch
• Experience in web service integration (REST, SOAP) and workflow system architecture
• Ability to adapt and integrate into international, multicultural teams
