ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for an APM Expert for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reviewing OSS notes to enhance and stabilize APM operations.
• Evaluating repair items and implementing archiving strategies for treated cases.
• Streamlining rules for Routes and Clearing Agreements to optimize workflows.
• Managing calendar aligned with Clearing Agreements.
• Designing and configuring queue processing rules for effective task handling.
• Configuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Configuring the Payment Analyzer to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Defining and implementing Exception Control mechanisms to handle anomalies.

• Proficiency in configuring SLAs, payment analyzers, and exception controls.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in APM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of OSS notes and their application.
• Experience in reviewing and archiving repair items.
• Expertise in optimizing Routes & Clearing Agreements.
• Familiarity with calendar-based configurations for Clearing Agreements.
• Strong skills in queue processing rule design and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with SLA setup and management.
• Proficiency in Payment Analyzer configuration and maintenance.
