Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in Appian with overall 7+ years of Industry experience
• “Appian Senior Developer” certification is a MUST
• Strong Hands-on active experience includes Designer/UI/UX, Interface, Integration and Web APIs.
• Possesses good knowledge on best practices suggested by Appian in designing the solution.
• Design of UI SAIL forms for Tempo environment.
• Design of CDTs that interact with external databases.
• Design of role-based access control Appian components.
• Development of Records and Reports using SAIL.
• Build/consumption of WEB/SOAP/REST services.
• Sound understanding of server-side properties used by Appian and their relevant use.
• Able to elaborate use cases in Appian by providing low level and high-level designs.
• Able to articulate the application requirements and interpret the same in relevant to Appian.
• Database knowledge on handling tables and stored procedure. 
• Handling Appian Packaging and deployment using (CI/CD) and native Compare and Deploy.
• Hands- On Experience in writing Appian Plugins (includes Smart Services, Function Plugins and Servlet Plugins), Connected Systems and Component UI Plugins (Preferred)
• Experience with Embedded SAIL and Appian Portals.
• Drive Continuous improvement, exploring emerging Appian features, Such AI, Data Fabric,  Case Management, Enterprise Co-Pilot etc. 
• Ability to work within Safe Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Concepts and ability to understand and work using CICD Technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, XLR, SonarQube and Testing Automation Technologies such as Selenium, Tosca
• Sound knowledge of Authentication types and configuring them between various external systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to provide right things to the client.
• Provide support to consultants and clients and understand business issues and related challenges of the client’s organization and industry.
• Have worked on one or more end to end Appian BPM implementation (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package)
