The Receptionist role in our Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante club is
the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual
with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of the
fast-moving and dynamic world of Health Clubs.

Your responsibilities

• Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Taking bookings promptly and efficiently and preparing guest files and arrivals
• Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
• 
  Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit card
  in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense
  change
• Administering, closing and verifying various accounting operations of the day: daily billing, payments, cash handling etc.
• Organizing and setting up the following day
• Ensuring the safety and security of the club

Your background

• First work experience in a Customer Service environment
• Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Stress resistant
• Highly organized and at ease with reservation software
• Flexible, shifts are from 23.00-07.00 and we are open during the weekend
