Associate Accountant (A-Z) / General Accountant

International company specialised in the tobacco industry.

• Accurately process vendor invoices, till the VAT balance, aligning with SOPs and Company Policies and Procedures.
• Meet KPIs and targets for timely and precise invoice processing.
• Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Sort, scan (if required), and archive incoming invoices.
• Prepare balance confirmations and statement of account confirmations.
• Fluent command in English and French or Dutch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
