• Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various corporate transactions
• Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal and corporate documents
• Conduct legal research, coordinate due diligence processes, negotiate, draft and update corporate documentation
• Participate in client meetings and build strong relationships with clients

Associate Corporate : Your Profile

• You are fluent in English and French ( knowledge in German or Luxemburgish are a plus)
• You are said to be a top performer in the field of Corporate Administration in Luxembourg, with 2-5 years' experience in a renowned law firm.
• You hold a bachelor's degree or a master in Law
• You enjoy working on cross-functional issues and have strong communication skills
• Autonomy and a sense of confidentiality are your hallmarks
