The CX consultant should effectively operationalize customer journeys that are personalized, efficient, and aligned with the clients’ strategic objectives, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders , including commercial, marketing, IT, legal, and compliance departments, to ensure project alignment and successful completion.
- Be adept at designing omnichannel journeys .
- Have comprehensive knowledge of technological tools that enable Omnichannel Marketing such as Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Data Management, CRM, CMS, and Event platforms.
- Operate effectively within a multidisciplinary setting .
- Possess a solid grasp of both quantitative and qualitative data as well as related KPI’s.
- Understand and adapt to the processes and operational needs of the different teams while supporting them in realizing their campaigns.
- Proactively contribute as a member of cross-functional project teams.
- Understand and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines relevant to the industry.
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills , with fluency in English.
