B2B Key Account Manager - Belgium

The role
As a B2B Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Zeekr’s position in the Belgian market by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate accounts, fleet customers, and dealer partners. You will drive fleet sales growth through our dealer network, deliver exceptional customer support, and act as a trusted advisor for fleet and corporate clients. Through market insights, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute directly to Zeekr’s commercial success and customer experience in Belgium.

This is what you will do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and fleet customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met while enabling sales through Zeekr’s dealer network.

• Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across fleet and corporate organizations to strengthen Zeekr’s presence in the Belgian market.

• Achieve fleet sales targets and contribute to Zeekr’s overall revenue objectives by growing existing corporate accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

• Develop a deep understanding of Zeekr’s fleet offering and effectively communicate the value proposition to dealer partners and customers.

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, competitor activities, and developments within the fleet and electric vehicle sectors.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments, providing actionable insights to management.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure seamless support and an outstanding customer experience for fleet customers.

• Support dealer partners in addressing customer needs, maximizing fleet sales opportunities, and strengthening customer satisfaction.

• Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within customer accounts and implement effective, customer-focused solutions.

• Ensure efficient communication and coordination between customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain a strong understanding of fiscal and business-related developments relevant to electric vehicles and fleet operations in Belgium.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet processes, customer engagement, and commercial performance across the market.
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in B2B sales management within the automotive industry, working for an OEM or within a dealership environment.

• Strong knowledge of the Belgian automotive market, fleet sector, electric vehicles, and relevant fiscal and business regulations.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
