At Restaurant Horizon, located on the top floor of Mövenpick Brussels Airport, we offer more than drinks – we create memorable moments. As our Bartender, you'll be the face behind the bar, crafting high-quality beverages and delivering warm, attentive service with style.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Upsell beverages and suggest pairings to enhance the dining experience

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol regulations

• Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth service

• Monitor inventory and assist with orders when needed

• Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar is a plus

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques

• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Positive attitude, team player and excellent communication skills

• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus

• Barista skills or wine knowledge are nice to have
