Bartender (M/X/W)

Objectif: To serve classical cocktails and excitingnew beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers,learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menuitems, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will alsoupsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment andingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties Main Tasks: •Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determinebeverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drinkorders. • Planning drink menus and informing customers about newbeverages and specials. • Selecting and mixing ingredients,garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers. • Checkingidentification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchasealcohol. • Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar andtables are well-stocked. • Adhering to all food safety and qualityregulations. • Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions,ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change topatrons, balancing the cash register. • Maintaining a clean workand dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washingglasses, utensils, and equipment. Skill & Qualifications: •High school diploma. • Additional education, training,certificates, or experience may be required. • Meets state minimumage to serve alcohol. • Availability to work nights, weekends, andholidays. • Positive, engaging personality, and professionalappearance. • Basic math and computer skills. • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills. • Strong task and timemanagement abilities. • Eye for detail and understanding of drinkmixing tools and techniques. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, etcfor extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
