Job Description - Base maintenance technical administrator

your main responsibilities:

As a Base Maintenance Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of maintenance projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitor and track job cards in the AMOS and ADS systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Update job status, including work completed and any deviations, accurately and promptly.

Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to address any issues or delays in job card completion.

Maintain regular communication with supervisors and team leaders to obtain updates on project progress.

Provide administrative support by documenting project milestones, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication among team members.

Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to address any concerns or obstacles hindering project advancement.

your Profile:

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.

Demonstrated administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Previous experience in aviation maintenance or related field is advantageous but not required.
