Benelux Customer Service and Logistics Manager

Based in Belgium, the Customer Service & Integration Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within Kellanova’s France & Benelux Supply Chain organization. This is a hybrid, 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director France & Benelux, this individual will lead a high-performing team across Belgium and the Netherlands, with direct responsibility for the Customer Service Lead and Customer Integration Manager. They will champion outstanding customer service performance while driving operational excellence across the order-to-delivery process.

This leader will bring together people, processes and technology to create seamless customer experiences, strengthen service performance and accelerate continuous improvement. Working closely with customers, logistics providers, commercial teams and supply chain partners, they will help shape a responsive, efficient and future-focused supply chain that supports Kellanova’s growth ambitions across the Benelux region.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Service Performance: Own and continuously improve Benelux OTIF (CFR/OTA) performance through strong operational leadership and a disciplined daily, weekly and monthly management rhythm.


• Set Direction and Grow the Team: Translate the Benelux Supply Chain strategy into clear priorities, goals and standards for a geographically dispersed team.


• Deliver Efficient, Sustainable Execution: Drive operational improvements that enhance truck utilization, full-load and full-pallet performance, cube utilization, kilograms per shipment and overall cost-to-serve.


• Accelerate Integration and Improvement: Lead customer integration initiatives including EDI, OCR and other digital order-to-delivery technologies.


• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across planning, warehousing, transportation, customer collaboration and commercial teams to align priorities, remove barriers and deliver shared business outcomes.

 We’re Looking for Someone With

• Managerial experience in Customer Service, Customer Integration or Supply Chain Operations within FMCG or another fast-paced, process-driven environment.


• A strong track record of owning OTIF, leading service recovery and working across order management, planning, warehousing, transport and customer collaboration.


• Proven success driving continuous improvement, process optimization, digital transformation and customer integration initiatives such as EDI, OCR or related technologies.


• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Fluent English is required, while professional Dutch and/or French is strongly preferred.
