A leading insurance organization is looking for a Business Analyst to support KYC automation and regulatory compliance initiatives within its life insurance operations.
The role focuses on analyzing current KYC processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring that operational workflows align with regulatory requirements.
· Analyze KYC processes and related operational data flows.
· Define business requirements and document process improvements.
· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
· Prepare and execute testing for automation initiatives.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting.
· Support transformation initiatives aimed at improving KYC compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Expertise
Must Have
· Experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
· Strong understanding of KYC / AML processes.
· Experience analyzing and improving business processes.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Fluent French and English.
Should Have / Nice to Have
· Knowledge of insurance processes and regulatory frameworks.
· Experience with automation initiatives or digital transformation programs.
· Familiarity with APIs, microservices, or service -oriented architectures.
· Dutch language knowledge.
