About the Role

We are seeking a freelance Business Analyst to join our client’s Mobility business line in Brussels for a 4-month mission. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the performance framework of a business line generating nearly €2 billion in annual production, supporting a vast network of automotive partners across Belgium and Luxembourg. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, drive commercial performance, and enable the next phase of growth in mobility solutions.

This role is pivotal in establishing a structured performance management framework for the Mobility business line. You will empower key account managers, optimize commercial partnerships, and ensure data-driven decision-making at every level. The stakes are high: your insights and frameworks will drive profitability, operational excellence, and innovation in a rapidly evolving sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Consolidating and ensuring the reliability of performance reporting across the Mobility business line


• Supporting Key Account Managers in tracking and executing their action plans


• Formalizing a unified, actionable, and transparent monitoring framework for business activities


• Coordinating business projects related to Mobility, ensuring alignment and timely delivery


• Facilitating the escalation of alerts, required decisions, and necessary arbitrations to leadership


• Contributing to the preparation of high-quality steering and governance materials for partner meetings


• Delivering dashboards that track business performance (volume, margin, profitability, pricing, etc.)


• Driving the management and oversight of Mobility-related business projects

What We’re Looking For

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in performance reporting and project management


• Master’s degree in a relevant field


• Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


• Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments


• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills


• Structured, quality-minded, and detail-oriented approach


• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal supervision


• Goal-oriented, open to change, and a natural problem-solver


• Experience in the financial sector is a plus

Language Proficiency

• Dutch: Written and spoken communication skills required


• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills required


• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required

Other Requirements

• Freelance position – 4 months, based in Brussels


• Hybrid work model: 80% on-site, up to 50% homeworking


• No travel required
