Business Analyst RPA

For a client, we are seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This is a contract position starting on July 15, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2024, with the possibility of extension.

End Date: 31/12/24
On-site Requirement: 2 days/week
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, formalize, and improve business processes for RPA implementation.
• Design optimized workflows and document detailed process descriptions, functional specifications, user manuals, test cases, and training materials.
• Participate in requirement gathering, process mapping, and optimization to enhance efficiency through automation.
• Support testing activities by working with the development team to ensure automated processes meet requirements.
• Assist in change management, communicate process changes, and facilitate training for end-users.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the RPA field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Technology Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business.

Skills and Certifications:

• Proficiency in Intelligent Automation tools such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong experience in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation.
• Outstanding communication skills and customer-oriented approach.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in spoken and written French and/or Dutch.
• Good command of the other national language.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
