Business Change Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Change Manager to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Contribute to the development and communication of strategic plans, policies, and standards.
• Support and guide stakeholders in aligning with strategic and change management approaches.
• Coordinate timelines and ensure stakeholder awareness of strategy-related processes.
• Collect and analyze data to produce insights and reports supporting strategic planning.
• Lead business situation analyses, advising on methods and securing stakeholder agreement on outcomes.
• Identify and assess business challenges and opportunities from a holistic perspective.
• Manage and implement business process improvements, identifying alternative solutions and leveraging new technologies.
• Create visual models of business processes to support analysis and decision-making.
• Evaluate feasibility of process changes and recommend suitable alternatives.
• Apply and adapt tools and methods for business process improvement at various levels.
• Develop change management strategies and plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build change management capability, gather feedback, and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide tailored support to senior stakeholders and change sponsors.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor degree in a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in change management, business transformation, or project management through digital adoption.
• Strong experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
• Experience training or mentoring teams on digital tools and new workflows and training employees in new systems.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT, cloud computing, data analytics).
• Experience with IT modernization, system integration, and legacy system upgrades.
• Familiarity and experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and manage risks associated with change.

Desirable:

• Proven experience and ability working in multinational environments
• Proven experience of managing large change programmes in a multinational and/or public administration environments.
