Job Description - Business Development Manager

You love technology and are able to anticipate our customer’s needs and propose solutions based upon your knowledge of our internal capabilities and mission.
Very often, you’ll generate new ideas on the spot, with a strong technical instinct for ideas that are feasible. You don’t need to be an expert in one technology, but you must have the flexibility to understand the advantages and constraints of a variety of different technologies.
You have a technical background (engineering), or equivalent by experience.
You have 5 to 10+ years’ sales experience in an industrial environment. You are used to selling customized products.
You are a dynamic, no non-sense sales person, able to let things move on while having outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
You have great perseverance and will pursue even long-term business opportunities.
You can think out of the box and are constantly looking at improvements which make the whole team’s life easier and the results of the company grow.
You have a superior command of English (spoken and written) and French. Proficiency in any other language is a plus, and you are willing to improve your languages if needed. You have a good command of office software tools.
