You will report directly to the CFO and work in close collaboration with senior management, Data/IT teams and operational departments.
Main responsibilities:
Reporting & KPI Management
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports (financial & operational).
Monitor, update and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) used by executives and managers.
Provide monthly and quarterly performance analyses with clear commentary and actionable insights.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy and timely availability.
Data management & Business Intelligence
Extract, clean and transform data using SQL and BI tools.
Build robust data models to support reliable Power BI dashboards.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and streamline data flows.
Manage medium-to-large datasets and ensure integrity of information.
Work with R&D teams for software development in aspects of data analytics.
Financial & Business Analysis
Support budget preparation and rolling forecasts.
Monitor profitability, margins, cost structures and business-unit performance.
Support the month-end closing process with financial comments and relevant analysis.
Process & Reporting Improvements
Suggest improvements to reporting processes and automate repetitive tasks.
Contribute to new BI initiatives and internal data-driven projects.
Provide guidance to non-technical users on dashboards, KPIs and financial reports.
Mergers & Acquisitions:
Working on the due diligence of add-ons.
Support the acquired company to deliver qualitative data, KPI’s & financial insight.
Required Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas; VBA is a plus).
Solid experience with SQL (queries, data extraction, joins).
Power BI proficiency: data modelling, DAX, dashboard creation, data transformation.
Comfortable working with sizeable datasets and structured/unstructured data.
Good understanding of financial statements, P&L logic, budgeting and cost analysis.
Nice to have AI skills (machine learning, python,…)
Your profile:
Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in management control, business analysis or data analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and interpret complex data.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
Curious, proactive and eager to improve tools, processes and reporting systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
