Business/functional Analyst Consultant

Your Role:

• Requirements Gathering: Assemble and analyze requirement maturity, involving test teams to prepare scenarios.
• Risk Analysis: Assess and anticipate potential risks encountered during test execution.
• Functional Analysis: Perform functional analysis of information systems and develop functional designs following the prestudy.
• Change Support: Aid in the transition of developments into production, recommending and implementing system enhancements.
• Specification Development: Create new program requirements and specifications to meet unique customer needs.
• System Support: Assist with system upgrades and resolve issues with current systems.
• Service Request Analysis: Analyze service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements, and project timelines.

Profile

• A Master’s degree in economics, finance, mathematics, law, or computer science, or an equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in business analysis within the banking and insurance industry.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, analytical thinking, collaboration, data-driven decision making, IT security, and software development.
• Technical proficiency with tools like Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow is highly regarded.
• Trilingual, with strong command in Dutch and English.
