What are your tasks as a Buyer :

• Drive Excellence: Identify and assess our company's procurement needs, ensuring we source the best quality products and services.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Research, select, and negotiate with top-tier suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
• Lead Procurement Efforts: Supply contracts with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of purchases.
• Ensure Timeliness: Follow up on orders and deliveries to meet deadlines and maintain supply chain efficiency.
• Resolve Conflicts: Tackle disputes with suppliers efficiently to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our procurement processes.

Who You Are:

• Educational Background: Degree in procurement, logistics, business, or a related field.
• Experienced Professional: Experience as a Buyer or Supply Chain Analyst, at least 4 years
• Negotiation Expert: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical Mind: Ability to analyse data and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French
