 Specific Working Conditions:  Clerical work in normal office environment and some physical work (lifting and moving of CIS assets in a warehouse and between buildings and offices).

Duties and Role

 CSU Mons is looking for an organised and communicative individual to join the CSU Mons, on SHAPE campus, to perform CIS IMAC (Install Move Add Change) activities, and some basic clerical tasks, during SHAPE working hours.

The tasks of the incumbent will be the following: collecting, preparing, physically moving, exchanging, configuring and connecting CIS assets, but also performing very basic clerical tasks (e.g. updating database, receiving, completing and forwarding Handover-Takeover documents).

Depending on the tasks, the incumbent will report to a technician or to a logistician.

2. High school diploma in science
3. English level: C1 (Upper Intermediate)
4. Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Basic clerical skills
7. A good level of physical fitness
8. A valid driving licence
9. Basic understanding of IT systems, services, and terminology.
