We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Manager – AdOps to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end technical execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring precision, efficiency, and effectiveness across all initiatives. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise within the fast-evolving digital advertising landscape.


Responsibilities



  • Campaign Setup & Management

  • Collaborate with clients, digital planners, and creative agencies to thoroughly understand campaign objectives and requirements.

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of digital campaigns, from initial setup and trafficking to finalization.

  • Proficiently utilize various ad servers (e.g. Google Campaign Manager 360, Innovid, Adform, etc.) for campaign setup, trafficking, and management.

  • Ensure all creative assets meet technical specifications and are trafficked correctly.


 



  • Troubleshooting & Optimization

  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to campaign delivery, tracking, and reporting.

  • Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments and optimizations to maximize results.

  • Coordinate with publishers to ensure accurate campaign implementation and successful delivery.


 



  • Tracking & Reporting

  • Implement and verify tracking mechanisms (e.g. pixels, floodlights) to ensure accurate data collection.

  • Analyze post-campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.


 



  • Learning & Development

  • Continuously develop expertise in emerging Ad Operations topics, including tagging, viewability, brand safety, data analytics, and new technologies.

  • Contribute to departmental projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation.


 


Qualifications



  • Experience - Proven experience (1–2 years preferred) in digital ad operations, trafficking, or campaign management, preferably within an agency or ad tech environment.

  • Technical Proficiency - Working knowledge of major ad servers (e.g. Google Campaign Manager 360, Innovid, Adform). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of digital advertising concepts (e.g. impressions, clicks, conversions, viewability, etc.).

  • Problem-Solving - Solution-minded approach with a strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

  • Communication - Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.

  • Organizational Skills - Highly structured, responsible, rigorous, and focused, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines under pressure.

  • Team Player - Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work effectively within a team.

  • Digital Affinity - A passion for and strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.


 


Preferred Skills



  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies.

  • Familiarity with various verification tools (e.g. DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT).

  • Experience with Tag Management Systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager).

  • A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to change.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to departmental growth.
